The International Cultures Celebration, now in its 16th year, consists of two high profile events:

The International Cultures Expo-Fest, occurring on Sunday, June 17, 2001(Father's day!) in New York City, consists of many National and Corporate tented Villages with main stages, ongoing cultural performances and presentations, informational booths, cultural foods, music, costumes and dancing.

The International Cultures Parade, occurring Sunday, September 9, 2001 in New York City, consists of thousands of performers from the tri-state area representing unique cultures from all over the world to thousands of spectators. The Parade is an unforgettable educational and cultural experience.

Title, Main Stage. Performers from multi-cultural communities all over the tri-state area draw thousands of attendees to our main stages. The focus of the International Cultures Celebration is the Main Stage, which would be given the name of your company ensuring you a dominant presence throughout the Celebration.

Parade Float. Sponsor or Co-sponsor the most magnificent floats in New York City Parade history. Your company banners will be displayed proudly on your float as it travels down the parade route.

NYC Block Villages. Participate in the transformation of New York City blocks into cultural villages. Reach the entire multicultural community or segmented markets by locating your pavilion within the international village or a specific cultural village. Each village consists of 8-20x20 Pavilions, 1-40x20 stage with sound system, 18-10x10 kiosks and welcome to the (Company—Village) signs at the ends of the block.

Sampling, Display, Distributing and Gathering Surveys. Your centrally located (20x20) Tented Pavilion, which will be decorated to reflect specific cultures, is the ideal venue for your sales force to interact with customers and provide hands-on demonstrations of your products and services.

Signage. Eye-catching floats, decorated cultural pavilions, main stages and block village entrances will attract spectators and participants to look at and remember your company signage.

VIP passes not only include free admission to the events, but a T-shirt and refreshments at the hospitality pavilion. Additionally, your sponsorship provides you the first priority to tickets for our Saturday night reception (September 8, 2001) at the United Nations featuring three international superstars and Parade Grand Marshals. Currently, we are in negotiations with Ricky Martin, Gloria Estefan and other internationally recognized performers.
